Small bathroom repair and remodel. The old toilet and vanity were removed. The flooring was removed as well as 3 layers of water damaged subfloor. We installed a new subfloor with another 1/4 inch luan subfloor. We then installed vinyl plank flooring,trim, new toilet, installed new toilet flange, new vanity, countertop and faucet.
