Indian Village Historical District Bathroom Remodel

Floor tear out and joist repair. New joists, subfloor, underlayment. We then walled off the existing bath into two separate sections to create a pantry off the kitchen. We use used green marmoleum flooring and reclaimed wood from Reclaim Detroit for shelving, baseboards and trim.
Electrical and plumbing moved, new insulation and drywall on ceiling and new wall. All lighting, toilet and sink recycled as well.

Customer will prime and paint.
