Porch Build

Old porch removed and new porch built with rock face block. Steps built with rock face brick and limestone treads. Handrail installed and new step footing and cement porch cap and walkway.

Porch Reface

Small porch reface. Old bricks removed and new brick installed.

Tile Backsplash Install

Fireplace surround

The old wood mantle and stone surround were removed. The drywall repaired and a simple aluminum tile surround was installed.

Footing and Porch Foundation

42 inch footing and 2 coarse of block porch foundation. A cement cap and steps will be installed later.

Front Porch Base Build

Backup wall and finishing wall completed.

Custom Pantry Build and Closet Remodel

The existing pantry was 6 inches deep. We added a custom built 24 inch deep pantry to reuse the old existing door sizes. The pantry closet next to it had a bifold door which prevented half the access when open. We added a standard door and re-trimed the opening and installed a ball catch for closing.

Porch Rebuild ans Step Replacement

Porch repair and step replacement. We removed the old damaged block and replaced with new block, we themn rmoved a single concrete step and replaced with 2 steps with limestone treads.
