Complete bathroom tearout. Over sink soffit removed. New tub and plumbing installed, floor, baseboards and tub surround tiled with nook. Bath fan installed with separate switch. Electrical outlet added and two gfci installed. Light moved from ceiling to wall with new fixtures. New toilet, vanity cabinets, quartz countertop and faucets. Room painted.
