Rotted wood removed, knee wall built, stairs and platform built, birch shelve tops installed and siding.

 

Kitchen remodel

New flooring, cabinets, countertop, appliances and backsplash.

 

Bathroom remodel

Complete bathroom remodel. Demoed down to the studs. New drywall, converted to shower, new plumbing , electrical moved, new vanity, toilet, paint, door.

Deck Resurface

Trex rope swing decking used on deck resurface. Customer did not want fascia installed.

Black aluminum porch railing installed.

Complete remodel and build down to the studs. two closets removed. Expanded into bedroom closet to make bathroom larger. New expanded shower, tile, vanity , plumbing fixtures lighting.

New black Peak aluminum porch rail installed.

Roof tearoff and new roof installation on house, barn with apartment, playhouse and shed. Gaf Hdz shingles used.
