The homes bathroom had a laundry in the bathroom. We created a laundry room in the large family room to separate the laundry from the bath. The ceiling beam was cut, new walls built, plumbing and laundry drain ran, new circuit to separate appliances, new line for ceiling light and switch, gas line and vent installed. We then finished off the interior walls with shiplap and installed a solid barn style door.
