New Bathroom Build

This was previously a laundry room. New plumbing installed, walls built to center tub under the window. We then installed tub, vanity, toilet, subway tile and stone, bath fan and hardwood flooring. Custom cabinets or shelving units will be installed on either side of the tub.

Laundry Room Build

The homes bathroom had a laundry in the bathroom. We created a laundry room in the large family room to separate the laundry from the bath. The ceiling beam was cut, new walls built, plumbing and laundry drain ran, new circuit to separate appliances, new line for ceiling light and switch, gas line and vent installed. We then finished off the interior walls with shiplap and installed a solid barn style door.

Fireplace Remodel

Before and after pictures of the fireplace remodel. We framed out the wall to be even with the brick face, then installed drywall over the entire wall. We moved the ceiling lights to sconces on either side of the fireplace. We built a raised hearth and and mantle. Installed a receptacle in the shelf, above the fireplace and ran hdmi cables through the fireplace. We then tiled with marble tiles in a herringbone pattern.

Farm Sink Install

The old sink was removed and a new farm sink installed. A garbage disposal was also installed with a new circuit and switch. A new faucet was also installed.

Crawl space Vapor Barrier

The crawl was leveled off and a 12 mil vapor barrier was installed over the floor and walls.

Barn Door Build and Installation

The door frame was built and barnwood stained and attached. The Door hardware was painted flat black and made from garage door rollers and steel bar.

Crown Molding Install

Door Install

The existing home had a door at the bottom of the stairway. We built a wall at the top and installed a door at the top of the steps. We removed the door at the bottom.

Floor Install

Kitchen floor installation. Ceramic wood look 8 x 24 inch tiles used.

Den Remodel

We converted the front den to a bedroom by adding a wall and door. We then built a closet with side shelving and french doors.
