Epoxy floor paint applied. drywall replaced, new wainscotting installed, commercial laundry sink installed, new electrical for room heat, propane heater moved to opposite side of wall to heat barn, new gas and plumbing lines ran. Tankless water heater installed and old electric water heater scrapped.
