Epoxy floor paint applied. drywall replaced, new wainscotting installed, commercial laundry sink installed, new electrical for room heat, propane heater moved to opposite side of wall to heat barn, new gas and plumbing lines ran. Tankless water heater installed and old electric water heater scrapped.

 

Shower and Flooring Install

Garden tub removed, plumbing rerouted and shower kit installed along with door. Lifeproof vinyl plank flooring installed.

 

Deck Build

30x12 foot deck build with privacy panel and skirting.

 

Remodel

Home remodel. Lifeproof lvp flooring installed throughout. Closets built and bathrooms remodeled.
