After staining the log home decided to stain the deck as well lighter in color with the same stain.

Drywalled fireplace was stoned and new tile added around hearth.

 

Log Home Stain

Logs washed with tsp and rinsed, hand scrubbed. Three coats of pecan Ready Seal Stain hand rubbed and 2 extra coats sprayed.

Log Home Rehab Garage Remodel

Garage attached to the basement was not being used for anything since there is an 11 car pole barn. The garage was converted into a game room attached to existing walk out basement. Insulation, drywall, paint and copper metallic epoxy flooring.

 

Trex Deck Build

Trex composite decking build. Customer wanted deck to be freestanding. Rocky Harbor decking and fascia with transcend white rails with black metal ballusters.

 

Small Bathroom Partial Remodel

Bathroom was demoed except for tub and wall tile. New lvp flooring installed, Wall cutout and pvc drain line repaired, broken toilet flange cut out and new flange installed and lowered, new vanity installed , toilet installed and baseboards.

 

Deck Build and Stain

We added on a pool deck with gate and powerwashed andscraped the old deck and stained it.
