Stone Foyer Wall

We installed stacked cultured stone on foyer wall with backing and vapor barrier.

Commercial Block Work

Commercial block work. We removed several walls, cut new door openings, blocked in old door openings and installed block and iron lintels on new openings.

Fireplace Build

The old fireplace surround and mantle were removed. We increased the fireplace face and mantle size. A slate hearth was installed with trim, stone fireplace face installed and a custom built mantle.

Great Room Paint Completed

Great room ceiling and foyer ceiling painted. We then painted great room, foyer, stairs and hallway walls and trim.

Bathroom remodel

Bathroom remodel done and ready for the customer to paint. We removed old tub, surround, floor, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and plumbing. We then installed a new tub and diverter. We patched the hole from the removed medicine cabinet and repaired drywall on wall corners. We installed new cement board with redgaurd waterproofing. We tiled the shower surround and floor. Installed a new threshold, toilet and vanity. All that is left is for the customer to paint.

Wood Plank Tile Install

Installation of wood look plank style ceramic tile.

New Laminate Floor Install

The old floor was leveled and 1500 sf of new laminate floor and shoe molding was installed.

Porch reface

The old bricks were taken out on the porch face and we installed new matching bricks to face the front of the porch.

Finish bathroom remodel

A few last items completed for bathroom remodel. Granite vanity counter installed with tile backsplash. Door frame shimmed out a quarter inch because of a past improperly installed door frame and laundry shoot trim installed.

Kitchen Floor Tile job Completed

Floor tile completed. Old linoleum floor and subfloor was removed, cement board installed. The floor was then leveled by the stairs as it had a 2 inch dip in the floor. Tile and grout was then installed.
