Porch footing and block with cultured stone face and bottom exterior house face to match the earlier chimney job. Paver walkway and paver and limestone edged porch cap.

FAMILY ROOM REMOD

Original room was paneling. Room was drywalled, new electrical, lights and fan installed. Entire room painted and new trim installed.

BATHROOM FLOOR

This bathroom floor had a 2 inch pitch from the outside wall to the inside wall. We had to remove all thhe fixtures and the old floor and subfloor. The toilet flange had to be raised 2 inches. We then leveled the floor and installed a new 3/4 floor, then installed a 1/4 subfloor. We finished it off with duraceramic tile and grout.
