Tile Kitchen Floor Install

New kitchen tile floor installed with 12 x 24 tiles and trim.

 

Air jet jacuzzi Install

Old smaller 42 inch standard whirpool tub removed and replaced with larger air jet tub with led and aroma insert. New subfloor installed, plumbing drain redirected, new water supply lines redirected, new faucet installed with high level overflow drain. tile border installed.

 

Harwood Flooring Install

Installation of 3 1/2 inch hickory 3/4 inch flooring.

 

Deck Build

Pressure treated wood deck build with wrap around stairs and white aluminum balusters.

 

Composite deck resurface and rails

Old decking and rails removed. Joists added for 16 inch on center. New trex coastal bluff composite installed with hidden fasteners and trex bronze signature classic aluminum railings installed.

 

Fireplace Build

Fireplace framed out and stoned. Space for fireplace and swinging tv mount.

 

Shower Door Install

 

Limestone Step Install

We removed old 36 inch precast step and installed a 3 inch by 48 inch limestone stair tread with brick riser.
