Bathroom Remodel

Complete bathroom remodel. We installed a new subfloor, cement board, installed new shower pan, shower nook and plumbing, redgaurd barrier was applied to shower walls. Ceramic tile was used in shower and travertine was used on the floor, thresh hold and window sill, toilet, vanity sink and faucet installed, bath fan installed, shower door and new medicine cabinet. The tile was then sealed and the bathroom painted.

Wet Bar Remodel

Complete tear out down to studs. We installed new slate tile floor, new drywall, reclaimed wood beams, new pendant lights and chandelier, built a new L-shaped bar with sink. We used reclaimed pallet wood on the walls and stone facing. We set a cabinet recessed into the wall behind the bar. We finished it off with a custom concrete counter top.

Commercial Buildout

Commercial build out done for powerhouse gym and Detroit Medical Center. We removed the old wall separating the rooms to combine the two old rooms into one large room and old ceiling and wiring. We installed new drywall and framing. We also dry walled a fire block in above the new drop ceiling. A new drop ceiling was installed, moved the light and vent locations.
