300 sf closet build. We started from scratch, framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, paint and custom built shelving and racks. There will also be a vanity / mirror on one wall and two islands with drawers and countertops in the middle.

New driveway pour with paver install. The driveway is shared so you can see how bad the old looked by seeing the terrible condition of the other shared half. We also installed brick retaining wall in the backyard.

Tear down of old garage and tear out of old driveway. New footings,slab and garage built, new driveway poured and garage floor epoxy with clearcoat and antislip.

Chimney rebuild. The old cap was removed and flues. We tore down to the roof and rebuilt chimney with new flues, limestone cap and wash.
