Fireplace Build
Fireplace framed out and board hung. Drywall installed on sides, Mantle installed, We then installed a stone face and tile trim around the opening and light electrical boxes.

Bathroom Remodel
Small bathroom repair and remodel. The old toilet and vanity were removed. The flooring was removed as well as 3 layers of water damaged subfloor. We installed a new subfloor with another 1/4 inch luan subfloor. We then installed vinyl plank flooring,trim, new toilet, installed new toilet flange, new vanity, countertop and faucet.
