Block Landscape edging

Base and three layers of edging block installed.

New Composite Steps

Old concrete steps removed and new composite decking stairs installed.

Kitchen Rough In

Soffet removed, floor raised with new subfloor, walls drywalled and old tied in textured ceiling and walls skimcoated to match new drywall.

Pool Deck Build

Pool deck build completed. Need to still add a couple of stair lights. Doorwall install next. Where window is located.

Porch Railing Install

Old wrought iron railing and posts were removed and new white Peak aluminum railings were installed. Porch step was removed and new step installed and mortar in place.

Laundry Room floor

Laminate tile floor installed in laundry room. base board removed and reinstalled. New drain installed.

Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom tearout. New flooring , wall tile, accent wall, ceiling lights moved to wall with new lighting, vanity and mirror install, toilet and paint.

Fireplace Remodel

Stone face installed with weathered wood . Can lights and switches also installed.
