Deck Rebuild

Old deck boards, fascia and rail removed. We replaced all joists that were rotted. The original deck was built 24 inches on center so we moved and added joists to make it 16 inch on center. New decking and fascia boards installed along with new handrail.

Stair Way Remodel

The carpet and padding were removed from the stairs. New gunstock oak risers were installed along with white risers. We installed 5 inch oak flooring on the stair landing.

Bathroom remodel. The bathroom was completely demoed. A new tub and subway tile installed along with new fixtures. A second stand up shower was removed and turned into a closet. A new vanity installed along with a double sink added. New floor tile was installed and a new toilet and mirrors.

Trex deck Build

Basement Bathroom Build

Basement Bathroom build. Drywall and drop ceiling installed, lights and bath fan, new flooring, toilet, vanity sink and faucet installed.

Fireplace Remodel

The old mantle, tile surround and hearth were removed. Cultured stone, mantle and hearth installed.

Living Room Remodel

Wall between kitchen removed. Stone wall and hearth removed. We cut around firebox before removing the stone to create a stone surround.

Stone Facing

Stone installed on house foundation.
