Bathroom Remodel

Master bath remodel. The original bath had a 3x4 stand up shower, a soffit and closet. The bathroom was gutted and the closet wall was pushed back, a whirlpool tub installed along with dedicated circuits for the motor and heater, drywall installed, new tile, tub plumbing moved to other wall, new toilet, vanity, fixtures, paint and accessories.

Fireplace Remodel

Old stone fireplace and hearth were removed. New drywall installed, tile hearth and surround installed and custom fireplace mantle was built.

Basement Remodel

Rough in framing,electrical and drywall done. We then painted ceiling, and walls. Next step is install of shower and flooring.

Step Installation

Old precast steps were removed and new brick steps with limestone treads were installed.

Deck Repair

Original deck was floating with no rails, sinking on one end. We jacked up deck level and installed new posts, added handrail, replaced rotted boards and added a step.

Railing Install

Black peak aluminum handrail installed on steps.

Porch Column Install

Old wrought iron columns were removed and new pvc columns with trim installed.
