Porch Reface

We removed the step and brick facing from the porch and installed new brick and reinstalled the step.

Chimney Rebuild

We tore down 14 coarses and rebuilt the top of the chimney and also installed a limestone cap.

We tore down and rebuilt the top 10 coarses of the chimney. We also installed a new flue and a concrete cap.

Commercial Block Project and demo

We extended the front of the building up 12 coarses of block to match the existing building. We also demoed out all the roof trusses and roofing material.

Handcap Bathroom Remodel

Complete bathroom remodel. Tub, tile and floor removed. New diverter installed, new drain and plumbing, shower pan installed, shower surround has been red gaureded, new tile installed, toilet, sink and vanity installed. Handicap grab bars will be installed later.

Complete bathroom remodel. We tore bathroom down to studs and installed new tiled shower, walls,floor and custom mirror frame. We installed drywall, new plumbing, electrical, vanity, faucet, sink and toilet. We finished with paint and some decorative shelves.
