The old carpet was removed. New hardwood was installed in the office and hallway. New Stair risers were installed. Oak stair treads were stained, polyed and installed on 3 staircases. Ceramic tile was installed in the foyer.

Kitchen Remodel

Complete kitchen remodel with tear out down to studs. New tray ceiling installed. New cabinets, hardwood floor, island, light fixtures, laminate countertops, new sink and faucet, backsplash, chair rail and baseboards and new paint.

Stone Ledgestone Piers

Ledgestone faced piers on Alex and Ani storefront at 12 oaks mall. slots cut for front window to be installed.

Bathroom Remodel

Complete tear out down to studs. Insulation, drywall, new tub, toilet, vanity, new ceramic tile floor and shower surround. Last, new plumbing fixtures, towel bars and new paint.

Floor and Railing Refinish

Hardwood floor was sanded and stained and two coats of satin poly were applied. The railing was sanded, a second bottom board was added to raise railing higher than the hardwood, iron spindles were installed, stain and two coats of poly were applied and quarter round trim added.

Funeral Home Garage Addition

Garage addition for funeral home. Step one. The footing and block foundation are completed.
