Upper Peninsula Cabin Build

Small one room cabin with loft build. Footing poured, logs installed, small kitchen and bath installed, wood stove installed and metal roofing installed.

Railing Finished on Porch Job

Wrought iron railing installed to finish the porch, step and sidewalk job.

Chimney Rebuild

Chimney was torn down to roof and rebuilt along with a new chimney cap and wash.

Bar Patio Expansion

We removed existing sidewalk and relocated bushes. Poured a concrete pad and new sidewalk as well as extending the canopy.

Porch Build

Porch rebuild with new brick, cap, concrete pad and brick step with stone faced limestone tread.

Wall removal

Two walls were removed to open up the entry and kitchen area. One between the kitchen and family room and one between family room and foyer. New headers installed, drywall, prime, paint and trim.

Pantry Build

Pantry built in kitchen doorway. We used an existing pocket door between a kitchen and family room area to build a kitchen pantry. We framed out the walls and drywalled. We then built shelving inside. The original pocket door is used as the pantry door.

Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom remodel. New drywall, new vanity and sink, new toilet, new tile and backsplash.

Fireplace resurface #2

We removed the old ceramic tile surround and installed stacked stone with stone mantle and hearth.

Porch Build

New porch build. Footings dug and poured, brick installed, porch filled, we then poured the cap and sidewalk. Lastly a limestone door sill lug, and brick riser and rock face limestone steps were installed.

Step Build

Two step build with brick risers and rock faced limestone treads.

Fireplace Reface

River rock cultured stone used to reface the fireplace and hearth we installed a pine mantle and slate top on the hearth.

Fireplace Stone Build

Stacked stone interior and exterior fireplace with limestone mantle, limestone chimney cap and cultured stone facing job completed.
